Shipping costs, when applicable, are based on total weight/length of the package & your location. However, most items on this site ship via various shipping methods to anywhere in the lower 48 states.
Orders processed through our PCW Board Builder commonly have a 2-4 month lead time, for which the maker/builder will receive a shipping notification containing a tracking number at a later date. Orders received for any on shelf available inventory before 11 AM CST usually ship the same business day (M-F) or next business day (M-F) at the latest, with expedited processing going to those orders with upgraded shipping. We do our best to ship orders as soon as possible. If it looks like there will be any significant delay, we will contact you.
We will choose the most efficient, low-cost method which generally delivers the shipment within 3-6 business days. This may mean your package will arrive via FedEx, UPS or the US Post Office. Various surcharges may apply to locations outside the lower 48 states. Upgrades for 2 business day and 1 business day delivery are available and, if selected, we will guarantee delivery in those time frames. Note that “days” refers to business days (M-F) and the days start counting on the first day after the order ships. Example: an order placed on late Friday evening with 2-day delivery selected will likely arrive on the following Wednesday. Delivery Days Exclude Weekends (Sat-Sun) & Holidays. If delivery time is of the essence, we request that you contact us to let us know your exact situation so that we can make all necessary arrangements.
International Customers: We pay standard ground to the point of embarkation; you only pay the difference. Due to courier size limits to some countries, larger orders may require additional funds. We will contact you if this is the case before we proceed. Additionally, our quoting system does its best but there are some countries which are uncommon for us to ship our products. These countries may also require additional funds. Again, we will contact you if this is the case before we proceed. We apologize for any inconvenience. Additionally, international customers are also responsible for paying all Duties and Taxes/VAT; including any advancement &/or “import” fees, as well as, any brokerage fees if applicable. Duties, taxes, VAT, and fees are non-refundable. PCW has a strict policy of representing all customs information honestly and accurately. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
IMPORTANT: PLEASE INSPECT MERCHANDISE UPON DELIVERY AND RETAIN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
If merchandise you ordered is to be shipped via a freight carrier, please inspect goods upon delivery. Regardless of the method of shipment, you MUST notify us of any damage within 7 days of receipt of delivery of merchandise. It’s important that you keep all the original packaging as support for a claim against any shipping company. Failing to do so might hinder your chances for a successful outcome.
Pine Cliff Woodworks will work with you to help in arranging a timely return or replacement if any merchandise arrives in damaged condition. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item within 30 days of receipt.
IMPORTANT: You will be liable for shipping costs and you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Certain made-to-order items cannot be returned.
For a return, please contact us. Include the name of the order, the order date and the serial number and a brief message detailing the reason for return. We will contact you with instructions for completing your order. Do not return without confirmation and instructions from Pine Cliff Woodworks, otherwise, you forfeit your eligibility for refund and exchange.
Please notify of your intent to cancel an order before 5 pm CST on the day on which you placed your order on the website. We will attempt to satisfy your request to cancel. Some exceptions are made for large constructions.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
In the event a shipment is undeliverable or refused, other than for reasons of apparent damage, the customer will be liable for return shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee. If a shipment is undeliverable due to an incorrect/invalid delivery address, or the carrier is unable to reach you to schedule delivery, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse and treated as undeliverable.
